Whole duck foie gras 125g/180g/300g

We propose you our whole duck foie gras, traditional recipe without coloring nor preservatives.
Made from duck foie gras raised in the Landes.
To be enjoyed preferably on slices of farmhouse bread or toasted sandwich bread and accompanied by a sweet wine.
Place the foie gras in a cool place for several hours before tasting, cut into slices that are not too thick. Count 50 to 70g of foie gras per person.
