We are delighted to present a flagship starter (no pun intended): the Salmon Duo with smoked salmon and dill, a creation inspired by the recipes and traditions of fishermen.
The Salmon Duo is a combination of two fresh and tasty types of salmon: fresh salmon (40%) and smoked salmon (10%). Lemon and dill add pep to the dish for an explosion of flavours in the mouth.
The Salmon Duo with smoked salmon and dill is prepared with chopped fresh salmon, fresh cream, fresh dill, lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper. The filling is then mixed with scraps of smoked salmon to give a slightly smoky flavour to the whole.
To be eaten fresh, on toast or accompanied by raw vegetables, green salad, fresh tomato, ... the Duo of salmon with smoked salmon and dill is a refined and tasty starter that will delight gourmets looking for new flavours.
