We offer duck foie gras from the south west of France. Foie gras, an essential product for festive meals, is an artisanal product that we offer in verrines. Our foie gras comes from whole duck foie gras just salted and peppered.
They will be enjoyed on gingerbread, country bread or on toast. For optimal tasting: store at room temperature and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving. Slice with a knife passed under very hot water to have nice thin slices.
You can accompany your foie gras with a bit of onion or fig confit.
