Block foie gras is made from finely mixed and pressed pieces of foie gras. The result is a block with a melting texture and a delicate taste.
Whole foie gras is made from a single lobe of deveined and seasoned foie gras (salt and pepper), for an exceptional product. Firm texture, subtle flavour and a unique and refined taste.
The foies gras that we offer are produced locally and by hand. They are made according to traditional methods and the strictest health standards from duck foies gras from the south west of France.
They can be eaten on gingerbread, farmhouse bread or on toast. For an optimal tasting: keep at room temperature and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving. Slice with a knife run under very hot water to get nice thin slices.
You can accompany your foie gras with a little onion or fig confit.
