Welcome to the countryside! Today, we are proud to present our Chestnut Terrine, a rustic and tasty starter that perfectly reflects the South of France (Ardèche, Dordogne, Lozère, ...)
Our chestnut terrine is prepared according to a traditional recipe of our grandmothers, using local and seasonal products. The stuffing is made of fresh pork and cooked chestnuts (14%), all spiced up with pepper to give an intense and authentic flavour.
