The Espelette chilli pepper terrine is an artisanal speciality which invites you to discover the flavours of the Basque Country.

The Espelette pepper is a mild pepper (equivalent to pepper on the Scoville scale) which brings to this terrine all its perfume acquired during its long drying in the sun of the Basque country.
